    a. For long distance number: You will need to enter 1 + the 10 digit phone number to where you wish to forward your call. For example, 1+ 10 digit phone number.
    b. For not long distance number: You will just need to enter the 10 digit number to where you wish to forward your call. For example, 3 digit area code + 7 digit phone number.
    c. For local calls: You will not require the area code of the local call. You will just need to enter the 7 digit phone number to which you want to forward your call.
  3. After providing the number for the selected option you will just need to wait for the confirmation tone on your phone. Once you hear the confirmation tone, then system will automatically place a call to the number to which you forwarded the call.
  4. And if the forwarded person or party answers the call then your forwarding feature is activated.
    These above listed steps will help you to forward calls from your home phone. And if the forward number is busy while performing this task then your feature won’t be activated. Now you will again have to repeat all above steps again to activate the forward call feature. You will hear the error message if the forward call to number is invalid. If you want to turn off or disable the call forwarding features then you will just need to dial the *73 or 73# from your phone.

  1. Call forwarding to busy line:
    If you activate call forwarding for the busy line then your incoming calls will be forwarded to another number when your number is busy. To activate this feature you will just need to call to 800.288.2020 for the agent assistance and this feature will be activated. And to deactivate this feature you will again need to call to 800.288.2020 for agent assistance and this feature will be deactivated.
  2.  Call forwarding to Don’t answer:
    If you activate call forwarding for the not answering or missed call then it will be forwarded to another number when you don’t pick up the call after a set number of rings. To activate this feature you will just need to call to 800.288.2020 for the agent assistance and this feature will be activated. And to deactivate this feature you will again need to call to 800.288.2020 for agent assistance and this feature will be deactivated.
  3. Call forwarding to selective:
    If you activate call forwarding for the selective then it allows you to automatically forward up to 6 telephone numbers to another call. To activate this feature you will just need to dial to *63 and then press 3 and this feature will be activated. And to deactivate this feature you will again need to dial to *63 and then press 3 and this feature will be deactivated.
